Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of GetViewbot. By creating an account or purchasing a plan, you agree to them.
Service
GetViewbot provides live-viewer delivery for Kick and Twitch streams. Viewer counts are delivered on a best-effort basis and may fluctuate by design. The service is provided "as is" for entertainment purposes.
Acceptable use
You are responsible for the channel you deploy viewers to and for complying with the rules of the platforms you use. Do not use the service for any unlawful purpose or to target channels you do not control or have permission to promote.
Plans & billing
Plans renew on the cadence you select (weekly or monthly) until cancelled. You can stop a deployment or cancel renewal at any time from your dashboard. Prices are shown before purchase and may change for future billing periods.
Accounts
Keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or attempt to disrupt it.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GetViewbot is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for actions taken by third-party platforms against your channel.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected here with a new effective date. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
